Joshua Moore CCO, Manager / Funeral Director / Embalmer
Joshua is a lifelong resident of Limestone County. He is a 2006 graduate of East Limestone High School. Joshua has also attended Calhoun Community College for general course studies, religion, and phlebotomy. He has a background in customer service as well as animal health and ranching. Joshua graduated from Jefferson State Community College on May 5, 2017 with an Associates of Applied Science Degree in Funeral Service Education. He has two sons, Jackson and Tucker. He is a member of Truth Baptist Church. Joshua has also been awarded the Certified Crematory Operator (CCO) by the NFDA.

Greg Greene CFSP, CCO, Funeral Director / Embalmer
Greg Greene has been a lifelong resident of Athens, AL. Greg retired from Delphi / General Motors after 30 years of services. He then started Greene Removal Service and after eight months, he sold the company and had the opportunity to attend Calhoun Community College. In August of 2007 he transferred to John A. Gupton Mortuary College in Nashville, Tennessee and graduated in December of 2008. He is licensed as Funeral Director and Embalmer in Alabama and Tennessee. Greene is also licensed to sell pre-need funerals. Greg has received several awards including, the certification by the Academy of Professional Funeral Service Practice CFSP (Certified Funeral Service Practitioner) in 2011 and Certified Crematory Operator (CCO) by the NFDA in 2016. Greg was named Managing Funeral Director and Embalmer in May of 2017 for Limestone Funeral Home. After many years of dedicated service, as of June 2026 he is stepping down from his role as Manager and transitioning to a part-time position as Funeral Director and Embalmer. This change will allow him to spend more time with his family while continuing to serve the families and community he has cared for throughout his career. Greg is married to Selina Tarpley Greene of Athens and they have two children, Sabrina Strain of Ardmore, Al and Coty Greene of Ardmore, Al. Greg also has three Grandchildren, Hadley Anne Strain, Luka Duel Greene, and Lennon Frances Greene. Greg attends Madison Street Baptist in Athens.

Kenny Blythe, Alabama Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer
Kenny has been a licensed director for 49 years. His wife is Rhonda, and they have 2 children - Kenny Blythe II (Monica) and Brigette Miller (Jeremy). He also has 3 grandchildren - Briley, Grayson, and Easton. Kenny currently attends Sardis Springs Baptist Church.

Micheal Clark, Alabama Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer
Micheal Clark is a lifelong resident of Limestone County, living in Athens with his wife, Katie, and their two children, Ashlyn and Miles. Micheal graduated summa cum laude from Jefferson State Community College in 2024 with an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Funeral Service Education and holds the Certified Crematory Operator (CCO) designation from the National Funeral Directors Association (NFDA).Micheal is a dedicated member of Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church, where he serves as a deacon and actively participates in various ministries. After the passing of their eldest daughter, Emma, Micheal found a renewed calling to serve families during their most difficult times. He is honored to continue this mission as part of the Limestone Chapel team.

Allen Perry, Support Staff
Allen was born and raised in Limestone County. He is a 1976 graduate of Athens High School and 1980 graduate of the University of North Alabama. He is married to Marcia (Carroll) Perry and they live in Decatur. They have two sons, Shane of Dothan, AL and Spencer of Sandy Springs, GA. In December 2012, Allen retired after 31 years as a law enforcement officer. He worked at Athens Police Department, Decatur Police Decatur and the Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences. He and Marcia are both very active members at Central Park Baptist Church and with Operation Christmas Child.

Larry White, Alabama Licensed Funeral Director
Larry attended Calhoun Community College and is a a graduate of Jefferson State Community College. He completed a course of study for Funeral Director and graduated with distinction.He also served six years active duty in the U.S. Navy as an Electronic Technician and held a Top Secret Security Clearance during his enlistment.Larry retired after thirty years of employment with Norfolk Southern Railway as a Communication Electronic Technician.He has been married to Marcy for 37 Blessed years and together they have 4 children and 15 grandchildren. Larry and Marcy are members of Lindsay Lane Baptist Church.

Priscilla Nunnelee, Support Staff
Priscilla Coffman Nunnelee was born and raised in Limestone County. She graduated from East Limestone High School and Athens State College. Priscilla is a trustee at Bottom's Cemetery in Athens. She has one daughter and is a member of Trinity Baptist Church in Madison, Alabama.

Greg Hartzog, Support Staff
Greg’s hometown is Phenix City, AL. He is a graduate of Troy University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Deborah, have three children - Tyler (Afton), Suzanne (Ben), and Micah. Greg retired in 2024 after serving 46 years in music ministry and senior adult ministry. He is blessed to now live in Athens to be near their four grandchildren. Greg is a member of Lindsay Lane Baptist Church.

Theresa Leonard, Office Manager
Theresa was born and raised in Limestone County, Alabama. She graduated from West Limestone High School before attending Northwest-Shoals Community College, where she studied basic courses and psychology. She later continued her education at Athens State University, focusing on psychology and education.A devoted mother of five, Theresa now enjoys life on a small farm with her husband, Jason. She loves spending time with her three grandchildren, tending to her garden, and relaxing at home surrounded by family and nature.
