The funeral service for Charles Houston Moore 70, of Elkmont, AL. will be held on Friday, April 16, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home with Guy McDaniel officiating. Interment will be in Nebo Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday, April 15, 2010 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Limestone Chapel. Mr. Moore passed away on Tuesday, April 13, 2010 at his residence. Mr. Moore was born on December 9, 1939 to James Edward Moore, Sr. and Virginia Lucille Hannah Moore in Scottsboro, AL. Coming from Michigan in 2001, he worked as a elevator constructor supervisor. He was a member of the ONeal Church of Christ. Mr. Moore was preceded in death by his parents: James Edward and Virginia Moore, brothers: James Edward (Buddy) Moore, Jr., Raymond Clayton Moore. Sisters: Irene Thomas, Martha Ivy, Rachel Burchell. Mr. Moore is survived by his wife, Medora Moore of Elkmont, AL, daughter, Angela Ebbert and husband, Michael of Elkmont, AL. Grandchildren: Sean Ebbert, Zachary Moore, Tanya Ebbert, Gabriel Moore, Angel Ebbert. Brothers: Billy Moore, Leonard Moore both of Athens, AL. Sisters: Ruby Bolding , Nellie Brown and husband, Joey, Bernice Holmes and husband, Frank all of Athens, AL. Pallbearers: Randall Moore, Jerry Patterson, Johnny Adams, Jr., Mike Ebbert, Sean Ebbert , Zachary Moore.
